Note: This is salary based job but you’ll also be offered good commissions for motivational purposes.
Responsibilities
Research and bid on projects on Upwork.
Lead generation through various platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed and other such platforms.
Collaborate with the technical team to prepare estimates and quotations for prospects.
Communicate between the technical team and clients, as well as senior management.
Track market activity and trends in different online channels and use them for business development & marketing purpose.
Maintain healthy relationship with current and new clients.
Train, and guide other staff.
Requirements
Proven experience, working as a Business Development Officer or similar role.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
Effective and strong (English) communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or relevant field.
