Personal Data may be provided freely by the User or in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using Cybexo Inc. Company’s website.

Data that is requested by Cybexo Inc, is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for Cybexo Inc., to provide its services. Retention time

Cybexo can process and store personal data for as long as it’s required for the purpose it has been collected for.

Personal Data that is collected for performance purposes of a contract between Cybexo Inc., and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
Personal Data collected for the purposes of Cybexo’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfil such purposes. Cybexo Inc., might be allowed to keep Personal Data for a long period. So, whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Advertising

User Data will be used for marketing and communication purposes, displayed in the form of banners and other advertisements on Cybexo, possibly based on User interests. This does not mean that all Personal Data are used for this purpose. Some of the most popular tools for digital advertising are mentioned below.

Google Ad Manager is provided by Google LLC and allows Cybexo Inc., to run advertising campaigns in conjunction with external advertising network, unless otherwise specified in this document, has no direct relationship with it.

Not only Google ads manager but Cybexo Inc, may use data for other advertising campaigns, also.

Google Ads Similar audiences (Google LLC)

Similar advertising and behavioral targeting service by Google LLC that uses Data from Google Ads Remarketing in order to display ads to Users with similar behavior to Users who are already on the remarketing list due to their past use of the Cybexo Inc., official website.

Users who don’t want to be included can opt out and disable: Google Ad Settings.

Analytics

The service enables the website Owner to monitor and analyze traffic and can be used to keep track of User behavior.

Google Analytics is for web analysis and provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of the organization, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.
Google may use the collected data to understand context format or to personalize the ads on advertising network.

Contact form (Cybexo)

By filling in the contact form with their Data, the User authorizes Cybexo Inc., to use these details to reply to requests for information, quotes or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s header.

Mailing list or newsletter (Cybexo)

By submitting the mail ID on mailing list for the newsletter or any other purpose, the User’s email address will be added to contact list of those who may receive email messages containing information of commercial or promotional nature concerning Cybexo Inc.

Displaying content from external platforms

This service allows to view the content from external hosting platforms directly on the pages of Cybexo’s website and interact with them.

Google Fonts is a typeface visualization service provided by Google LLC that allows Cybexo Inc., to incorporate content of this kind on its pages.

Heat mapping and Hotjar session recording

Cybexo can use Heat Mapping and Hotjar services to check its most popular pages and users interests.

Interaction with external social networks and platforms

It allows interaction with social networks or other external platforms directly from the pages of Cybexo’s website. Cybexo Inc., can use any social platform for interaction by containing its (social site’s) privacy policy, and can use and share users data for promotional or marketing purposes. Data sharing with third party can be involved for marketing and promotion campaigns.

User database management

This service allows Cybexo to build user profiles by starting from an email address, a personal name, or other information that the User provides to Cybexo, as well as to track User activities through analytics features. This Personal Data and publicly available information about the User (such as social networks’ profiles) may also be matched and used to build private profiles that the Owner can display and use for improving Cybexo. Some of these services may also enable the sending of timed messages to the User, such as emails based on specific actions performed on Cybexo. Company have all the rights to use its own or any third party database management system to get and keep the information of users that they provide. This user information may share to the third party for advertising and promotional type of purposes.

The Users Rights

Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, Object to processing of their Data, Access their Data, verify and seek rectification, restrict processing of their Data and receive their Data.
